The Goal

Dental Product Shopper needed a full redesign of a legacy site that had grown hard to navigate as content expanded. We focused on making it easier for dentists to quickly reach what they came for—product reviews, evaluations, and timely updates—without dead ends or clutter.

They also needed better visibility into what readers actually do on the site, plus a faster way for the team to publish content and manage ads. Our goal was to deliver a modern experience paired with a custom CMS and tracking foundation the business could rely on day-to-day.

Delivered Value

The redesign made the site feel simpler and more predictable: clearer navigation, more scannable pages, and a layout that supports frequent browsing across news, products, and articles. That reduces friction for busy clinicians who are researching what to buy next.

On the operations side, the custom CMS and tracking let the team move faster and make decisions with real usage signals—what content gets read, which products get explored, and how ads perform. It’s a site that’s easier to run, not just easier to read.

Faster product discovery

We reorganized key paths so dentists can get from home to the right product page quickly. Browsing products, reviews, and updates now feels more direct and less overwhelming.

Editorial + ad workflow

A custom CMS gives the team a simple way to publish articles and manage promotions without tickets. It also supports structured ad placements so updates stay consistent across the site.

Actionable analytics

Custom tracking captures the actions that matter—content engagement, product exploration, and ad interactions. That makes it easier to understand what to improve and what to promote next.
